With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, Natalie combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for movement, rehabilitation and helping people feel confident in their bodies.

Do I need Pilates experience?

Not at all — classes are suitable for all abilities unless otherwise stated

What should I bring?

A mat will be provided. Just bring a water bottle and comfortable clothing you can move in.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes — especially Restore & Realign and Alignment & Flow.

How many people are in each class?

Classes are intentionally kept small with a maximum of 9 participants.

Can I attend with an injury?

Please contact us before booking if you have an injury or medical condition.
